Ontario, Calif. – Melody Rodriguez, 46, of Rialto was killed in a pedestrian accident on Cucamonga Avenue in Ontario last week Tuesday evening.
The Ontario Police Department responded to the auto-pedestrian crash at around 5:53 p.m. on January 23 on Cucamonga Avenue and Cedar Street.
Reportedly, Rodriguez was crossing the streets when a vehicle hit him in unclear circumstances.
Rodriguez was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the mishap remains under investigation.
