The 21-year-old Rohnert Park man was transported to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital where he died of his injuries
Rohnert Park, CA. – A motorcyclist was killed in a collision that occurred at an intersection in Rohnert Park on Wednesday evening.
The fatal motorcycle accident happened around 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of Redwood Drive and Business Park Drive, according to the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety.
Police say a motorcyclist was heading south on Redwood Drive when he collided with a northbound car that made a left turn onto Business Park Drive.
Sonoma County Fire District medics arrived at the scene and performed life-saving measures on the 21-year-old Rohnert Park man.
The man was transported to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital where he died of his injuries.
The driver of the vehicle and two passengers were also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
