1 Killed in Car Crash on Highway 68 near Boots Road in Salinas
Salinas, California (August 7, 2022) – One person died in a two-vehicle collision that happened in Salinas on Sunday morning.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Highway 68 near Boots Road at around 8:47 a.m.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident up to the accident were not immediately established.
CHP says one person died in the collision.
The name of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.
More details about the accident were not provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
