San Jacinto, CA. – One person was killed and another was seriously injured in a collision that happened on Friday night in San Jacinto.
The fatal collision happened near the intersection of San Jacinto and Esplanade Avenues at around 10:10 p.m., according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
The officers who responded to the incident located two vehicles at the accident scene.
Both drivers were severely injured and had to be extricated from their vehicles by the Riverside County Fire Department crews.
Both drivers were rushed to a hospital where one died while receiving treatment.
The names of the victims were not immediately disclosed.
