One killed in car accident at San Jacinto Avenue and Ramona Expressway in San Jacinto
Riverside County, CA. – One person was killed in a traffic collision that left several people injured near San Jacinto on Thursday morning.
The fatal collision was reported at around 7:42 a.m. in the area of San Jacinto Avenue and Ramona Expressway, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
At least five vehicles were involved in the morning accident.
One person died at the accident scene.

Authorities had to extricate two people who were trapped in the wreckage. Two patients were transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
Two other people were hospitalized with minor injuries while three others were evaluated at the scene and released.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
