At least four vehicles including a big rig were involved in the accident on 680 Freeway near Auto Mall Parkway
San Jose, CA. – One person was killed in a multi-vehicle collision that happened on Thursday morning in San Jose.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 7:06 a.m. on the southbound 680 Freeway near Auto Mall Parkway.
At least four vehicles including a big rig were involved in the accident. The impact of the collision sent the big rig off the roadway.
CHP reports that one person was killed in the accident.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
