Silverdale, WA. – One person was killed in a multi-vehicle collision on Wednesday afternoon in Silverdale.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the accident happened on Highway 3 at Newberry Hill Road at around 2 p.m.
A truck was merging onto Highway 3 from Newberry when it struck a 21-year-old Belfair woman who was standing outside her disabled vehicle.
The truck also struck a second vehicle that had pulled over near the disabled car.
One person was killed in the accident.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
