1 Killed in Interstate 10 Collision near Tippecanoe Avenue in Loma Linda
San Bernardino, California (November 6, 2021) – One person was killed in a collision involving a big rig in Loma Linda, San Bernardino, on Friday night.
The deadly crash happened on Interstate 10 Freeway near Tippecanoe Avenue at about 10:37 p.m. on November 5.
California Highway Patrol officers responded to the incident and found a disabled sedan in the slow lane of the freeway and a big rig that had rolled down an embankment. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
