1 Killed in Car Accident on 880 Freeway near Broadway in Oakland
Oakland, California (February 5, 2022) – One person was killed in a Friday night car crash in Oakland, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The fatal crash happened at about 5:16 p.m. on Interstate 880 Freeway near Broadway off-ramp.
A black Honda Civic and a second vehicle were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident, however, were yet to be established.
CHP said one person was killed in the accident.
The identity of the deceased was withheld.
