1 Killed in Semi-Truck Accident on Highway 138 near State Route 2 in San Bernardino
San Bernardino, California (January 19, 2022) – At least one person was killed in a two-vehicle collision near Phelan on Wednesday morning.
The deadly collision happened on Highway 138 near State Route 2 at about 6:19 a.m.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, a minivan and a semi-truck were involved in the collision.
Although the events leading up to the crash were yet to be established, the impact of the collision caused one vehicle to roll down a cliff.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Office said one person was killed in the accident.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
