1 Killed in Car Accident on Highway 160 near Sherman Island Road in Sacramento
Sacramento, California (December 29, 2021) – At least one person was killed in a head-on collision in south Sacramento on Wednesday morning.
The deadly collision happened at about 9:02 a.m. on Highway 160 near Sherman Island Road.
Three vehicles were involved in the collision. Two of the vehicles are reported to have collided head-on for unknown reasons.
CHP said one person was killed in the crash.
The identity of the deceased was yet to be disclosed.
More details about the accident were not provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
