Desert Hot Springs, CA – One person was severely hurt in a traffic collision in Desert Hot Springs on Tuesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision took place at Mountain View Road and 20th Avenue at about 6:40 a.m.
The CHP said a car was traveling southbound on Mountain View Road when it tried to make a turn at the intersection of 20th Avenue and collided with a southbound vehicle that tried to pass it.
One of the vehicles reportedly rolled onto its roof following the accident.
ĤúvOne person was taken to a hospital with major injuries following the accident.
The collision is under investigation.
