1 Suffers Major Injuries in Running Springs Crash on Highway 18 at Old City Creek Road
Running Springs, California (June 18, 2022) – One person sustained serious injuries in a Saturday evening motorcycle accident that happened on a highway in Running Springs, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The collision occurred just before 6 p.m. on Highway 18 at Old City Creek Road.
CHP said a motorcycle collided with a Honda Civic for unknown reasons.
The motorcyclist was lying down on his face after the collision, the report said.
Firefighters responded to the scene and helped one person who suffered severe injuries in the accident.
The highway was blocked for slightly more than an hour as authorities investigated.
