One Hurt in San Jose Crash on Highway 85 near Blossom Hill Road
San Jose, California (February 22, 2022) – At least one person was seriously hurt in a traffic collision that took place in San Jose on Monday evening, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The incident happened on Highway 85, just north of the Blossom Hill Road at around 7:10 p.m. February 21.
CHP said two vehicles collided in the southbound lanes of Highway 85 under unclear circumstances.
One person suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The southbound lanes of Highway 85 were closed following the collision.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
