Sacramento, CA. – A pedestrian was seriously injured after being struck by a car early Thursday morning near Arden-Arcade in Sacramento.
The accident happened around 3:35 a.m. at Auburn Boulevard and Watt Avenue, according to the Sacramento Police Department.
A pedestrian was reportedly struck by a vehicle on the roadway in unclear circumstances.
The pedestrian suffered serious injuries and was transported to the hospital in critical condition.

The driver appeared intoxicated and was arrested in connection with felony driving under the influence.
