Indio, California (May 21, 2022) – One person was seriously injured in a head-on collision that occurred in Indio on Saturday morning.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened on Highway 86 near 62nd Avenue at around 6 a.m.
Two vehicles reportedly collided head-on in unclear circumstances.
Officials say at least one person was seriously injured in the crash and was airlifted to the hospital for treatment.
