One Hurt in Gorman Car Accident on Interstate 5 near Gorman
Gorman, California (August 15, 2022) – One person was seriously hurt in a multi-vehicle collision that happened on Sunday night south of Gorman, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place at about 7:53 p.m. on August 14, on northbound I-5, just north of Highway 138.
According to CHP, the crash involved a motorcyclist and at least one other vehicle.
A helicopter responded to the scene to transport at least one person to a hospital for treatment of major injuries.
The crash caused a closure of all northbound lanes of I-5 as authorities worked at the scene.
The CHP is handling the investigation.
