2 Seriously Injured in Car Accident on El Sobrante Road in Riverside
Riverside, California (April 29, 2022) – Two people were seriously injured in a traffic collision that happened on Friday afternoon in Riverside.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 12:03 p.m. on El Sobrante Road near Vista del Lago Drive.
Three vehicles were involved in the crash. The circumstances of the collision were not immediately established.
Two people were trapped in the wreckage and had to be extricated by the Riverside County Fire Department crews who responded to the incident.
One person was transported to Riverside Community Hospital for treatment of major injuries.
A second person was airlifted to a trauma center for treatment.
