1 Hospitalized after 2-Vehicle Crash at Arnold Drive and Fowler Creek Road in Sonoma

Sonoma, California (September 8, 2022) – One person was sent to the hospital with severe injuries after two vehicles collided Thursday night at an intersection in Sonoma, the California Highway Patrol said.
The crash took place at about 9:15 p.m. at Arnold Drive and Fowler Creek Road.
A Toyota Tacoma and a Honda Accord were involved in the collision.
One person was trapped inside the wreckage.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and transported one severely injured person to Queen of The Valley Hospital.
A German Shepherd involved in the accident was released to the Animal Control. It was not clear if the dog was injured.
The intersection remained closed for more than an hour as authorities investigated and cleared the scene.
Both vehicles were towed away with major front-end damage.
