Two vehicles collided late Sunday afternoon near W Wright Road
Tracy, Calif. – One person sustained major injuries in a traffic collision that happened late Sunday afternoon in Tracy, the California Highway Patrol said.
The wreck took place about 5:35 p.m. on Kasson Road near W. Wright Road.
According to CHP, a red BMW and a black Acura sedan were involved in the collision.
An occupant of the BMW was unable to open the door, possibly trapped inside.
Tracy firefighters responded to the scene and blocked the roadway.
One person sustained major injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
Officers are investigating the cause of the accident.
