1 Hospitalized with Major Injuries after 2 Trucks Collide at Central and Reed Avenues near Reedley in Fresno County
Fresno County, California (June 12, 2022) – One person was hospitalized with severe injuries after a two-vehicle collision that happened Saturday afternoon near Reedley in Fresno County, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The wreck was reported at about 5:12 p.m. at E Central Avenue and S Reed Avenue.
A gray Chevrolet Silverado and a black Chevrolet Silverado were involved in the collision.
A female party was trapped inside one of the trucks with major injuries but conscious and breathing.
Emergency responders freed the victim and transported her to the hospital in unknown condition.
Reedley Police Department was requested to respond and help direct traffic as the emergency crews extricated the victim.
CHP is investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
