San Diego, CA. – Thirteen people were hospitalized after being injured in a car accident at an intersection in Escondido.
The crash was reported around 2 p.m. at Juniper Street and Second Avenue, according to the Escondido Police Department.
Two vehicles were involved in the accident.
The impact of the collision caused one of the cars to veer off the roadway and crash into a commercial structure.
