1 Injured After Valley Center Accident on Valley Center Road near Ridge Ranch Road
Valley Center, California (July 15, 2022) – Two people suffered injuries following a two-vehicle collision on Wednesday morning in Valley Center, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The collision occurred at about 9:00 a.m. July 13, on southbound Valley Center Road near Ridge Ranch Road.
Per the dispatch, an orange Lamborghini and a black BMW M5 collided for unknown reasons. The two vehicles overturned due to the collision.
Emergency crews rushed to the crash site and attended to the crash victims. The Lamborghini driver, a 56-year-old Valley Center man, sustained severe injuries following the accident. He was later flown to the hospital.
The 60-year-old BMW driver from Valley Center suffered moderate injuries. He was also hospitalized for further treatment. The names of the patients and their current condition were not immediately provided.
Officials closed part of Valley Center Road following the collision.
An investigation is underway.
