The Corolla driver was trying to make a left-hand turn onto the southbound lane of Highway 101 when he was broadsided by a northbound Honda Civic.

Cuesta Grade, Calif. – A man and a woman were injured in a two-vehicle collision that occurred on Friday night in Cuesta Grade.
The California Highway Patrol says the accident happened around 7:34 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 101 and Reservoir Canyon Road.
A man was driving a 2021 Toyota Corolla with a female passenger and had stopped at a stop sign at the intersection.
The Corolla driver was trying to make a left-hand turn onto the southbound lane of Highway 101 when he was broadsided by a northbound Honda Civic.
The Corolla driver and his passenger were taken to hospital with unspecified injuries.
The female driver of the Honda was not injured.
