2 Hurt in Buellton Car Crash on Highway 246 near Campbell Road
Buellton, California (May 2, 2022) – Two people were hurt in a collision between two vehicles near Buellton early Monday morning, the Santa Barbara County Fire Department said.
The vehicles collided head-on on Highway 246 near Campbell Road just before 6:32 a.m.
It's unclear what led to the collision.
Firefighters responded to the scene and found one person trapped in the wreckage.

The party was extricated and transported by ambulance to Lompoc Valley Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
A second party was taken to Lompoc Valley Medical Center by private vehicle and also had non-life-threatening injuries.
The injured parties were reportedly the involved drivers.
Traffic was impacted on Highway 246, and authorities diverted vehicles onto Campbell Road.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
