Two people were injured in the crash and were transported to hospital in unknown condition
San Jose, CA. – Two people were injured in a collision that sent a car into a San Jose home on Monday night.
According to the San Jose Fire Department, the accident happened around 9:45 p.m. near North 11th and Washington streets.
Two vehicles were involved in the accident. The impact sent one of the cars off the roadway where it crashed into a home, rupturing a gas line.
Two people were transported to the hospital in unknown condition.
Ten homes near the scene were evacuated due to the gas leak.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
