Humboldt, CA. – Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle collision on State Route 36 in Humboldt Thursday morning.
The California Highway Patrol said the traffic crash happened at around 6:42 a.m. on Highway 36 near Dinsmore Store.
Reportedly, a white or silver Toyota pickup and a red Honda Civic were involved in the wreck. The red car was traveling the wrong-way before the wreck.
Two occupants inside the Civic fled the scene on foot.
Two juveniles inside the other vehicle suffered minor injuries.
