Two Die in Point Loma Crash on Harbor Drive

Point Loma, California (January 20, 2022) – Two people died following an auto-pedestrian collision that happened in Point Loma on Tuesday evening, according to the Port of San Diego police.
The incident happened at about 6 p.m. January 18, in the 5000 block of Harbor Drive.
Authorities said a man was traveling at a high rate of speed when he collided with two pedestrians who were attempting to cross the street.

The pedestrians, a man and a woman aged between 55 and 65, sadly died in the collision.
The involved driver reportedly cooperated with the authorities.
