According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident took place at about 9:30 p.m. in the southbound lanes of the freeway near Mulholland Drive.

Bel Air, CA. – Three people were taken to the hospital after a traffic collision that happened Sunday night on the 405 Freeway in the Sepulveda Pass near Bel Air.

The collision involved two SUVs.
First responders found the vehicles blocking the middle lanes of the freeway.
Three adults were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
A child in one of the cars was not hospitalized.
CHP officers are investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
