A driver was reportedly driving aggressively on Stony Point Road when the car lost control, crossed into oncoming traffic, and collided head-on with another vehicle.

Santa Rosa, CA – 18-year-old Carlos Delara was arrested, and three other persons were hospitalized after a fiery collision that happened Saturday evening in Santa Rosa.
The Santa Rosa Police Department said the wreck took place around 6:05 p.m. on Stony Point Road near Occidental Road.
The driver of a white Mercedes-Benz traveling southbound on Stoney Point Road called the police reporting that she was being aggressively followed by a white Infiniti sedan that was attempting to run her off the road.
The Infinity lost control on the Highway 12 overpass, crossed into oncoming traffic, and hit a Honda CR-V head-on.
The Infiniti burst into flames after the collision.
Two 16-year-old girls, one from Rohnert Park and the other from Santa Rosa, riding as passengers in the Infiniti, were hurt. One of them was found unconscious with a moderate head injury, and the other girl with minor injuries. Both teens were hospitalized but have since been released.
The 70-year-old Larkfield resident driving the Honda sustained life-threatening injuries. The driver was hospitalized and stabilized as of Monday.
Delara, a resident of Santa Rosa, was arrested and booked into the Sonoma County Jail. The driver was expected to face several charges, including two counts of felony reckless driving causing injury, two counts of felony child endangerment, and one count of misdemeanor reckless driving.
Delara is believed to be a relative of the two girls riding in the Infiniti.
Authorities closed the northbound lanes of Stony Point Road for about seven and a half hours during the investigation.
