Mission Valley, CA.- Three people were hurt in a traffic collision in Mission Valley on Friday afternoon, according to the San Diego Police Department.
The wreck happened in the 3200 block of Camino Del Rio North on Friday, July 11.
According to police, an 18-year-old man was driving a 2009 Infinity G37 westbound when he drifted across the double yellow lines and collided with an oncoming 2011 Chevy Camaro driven by a 35-year-old woman.
The teenage driver was hospitalized with a lacerated spleen and a fractured femur.
The female driver also had a fractured femur while a 6-year-old girl in her car was hospitalized with a fractured shoulder.
Alcohol and drugs were not suspected to have played a role in the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
