Sacramento County, CA. – Three people were injured, one critically, after a two-vehicle collision that happened Tuesday afternoon at an intersection in Rancho Cordova.
The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. at Country Garden Drive and Kiefer Boulevard.
A truck and a sedan were involved in the crash.
Sacramento County sheriff's deputies and firefighters responded to the scene.
Three people inside the sedan were injured, one of them critically. All the patients were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Authorities said drugs and alcohol do not appear to be contributing factors.
An investigation is ongoing.
