Pomona, Calif. – Three women were killed while three other parties were injured in a traffic collision in Pomona late Saturday night, according to the Pomona Police Department.
The collision took place in the area of White Avenue and Philips Boulevard just before 11 p.m. March 2.
Police said a vehicle carrying five women was involved in the crash with a vehicle driven by Victor Siharath, 36, of Pomona.
Two women were pronounced deceased at the scene. A third woman reportedly died at a hospital.
The other three parties involved in the crash were hospitalized with minor to major injuries.
Siharath was arrested on suspicion of DUI following the incident.
The Pomona Police Department is investigating the wreck.
