Anderson Sahtarria Killed Following Crash on Domenigoni Parkway in Winchester
Winchester, California (April 29, 2022) – A Menifee woman died early Friday morning from injuries sustained in a late Thursday night head-on collision in Winchester, according to a California Highway Patrol Report.
According to the CHP, the crash took place at about 10:55 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2022, on Domenigoni Parkway, east of Patterson Avenue.
Preliminary investigation indicates that two vehicles, a Nissan and a Honda, were involved in a high-speed head-on crash.
Anderson Sahtarria, 32, of Menifee, was gravely injured in the crash. Sahtarria was rushed to Wildomar's Inland Valley Regional Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries and was declared deceased at about 1:31 a.m. Friday, authorities said.
It was not immediately clear which vehicle Sahtarria was in and whether she was a passenger or a driver at the time of the crash.
Two other people were injured and hospitalized at Inland Valley Medical Center.
