, California (October 29, 2021) – A motorcyclist was killed in a crash with a vehicle in Hesperia on Thursday night, according to the authorities. 

The incident occurred on Ranchero Road near Kouries Way at around 8:09 p.m. October 28.

According to the report, vehicles were stopped for a train crossing over Ranchero Road when a silver 2021 Toyota Highlander SUV tried to make a U-turn to go west.

A stopped black 2000 Harley Davidson Sportster also made a U-turn and collided with the Toyota.

Rider Killed in Hesperia Motorcycle Accident 

Emergency crews responded to the incident and pronounced the motorcyclist deceased at the scene.

The rider was only identified as a 32-year-old resident.

The driver of the Toyota, a 67-year-old Hesperia man, was not injured and remained at the scene.

Authorities closed Ranchero Road for several hours during the investigation.

The crash remained under investigation.
