Altadena Motorcyclist Killed in Rancho Cucamonga Accident on 10 Freeway near 4th Street
Rancho Cucamonga, California (September 18, 2022) – A motorcyclist from Altadena died following a traffic collision that happened in Rancho Cucamonga late Saturday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place shortly before 11:30 p.m. on September 17, on the 10 Freeway near 4th Street.
According to the CHP, a 41-year-old Altadena resident was riding a motorcycle eastbound on the freeway at an unsafe speed when he slammed into the rear of a Lexus sedan.
The impact sent the sedan into a Chevy sedan.
The rider of the motorcycle was killed in the incident.
No other injuries were reported.
The CHP is conducting an investigation into the deadly incident.
