Six Injured in River Park Accident on Blackstone and Nees Avenues

River Park, California (August 18, 2022) – Several people were injured when a vehicle crashed into the Chase Bank located near Blackstone and Nees avenues in River Park on Wednesday morning, according to a local news source.
The incident happened at around 10:30 a.m. on August 17.
According to the report, a woman in her 70s was operating a Chevy Silverado in the area when she tried to pull into the parking spot for person with disabilities.
The woman accidentally accelerated instead of parking the vehicle and slammed into the front of the bank.
The woman was riding with her husband at the time of the accident.
According to the report, six people were hurt in the accident, and three of them were transferred to the hospital.
Among the victims of the crash was a woman who was hit by the truck.
The bank was expected to be closed on Wednesday and Thursday as authorities evaluated the scene.
The incident is under investigation.
