Six Hurt in Sawtelle Crash on S. Sawtelle Boulevard
Los Angeles, California (June 25, 2022) – Several people were hurt in a multi-vehicle collision that occurred in the Sawtelle area on Saturday afternoon, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The incident took place in the 2200 block of S. Sawtelle Boulevard just before 2:58 p.m.
Three vehicles were involved in the collision with an unknown number of pedestrians.
A 79-year-old woman was rushed to a hospital with critical injuries.
Two other patients, women aged 20 and 23, were seriously hurt and were taken to the hospital.
A 26-year-old woman, a 26-year-old man, and a 70-year-old man were also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Los Angeles Police Department is conducting an investigation into the crash.
