La Habra, CA – Eight people, among them seven juveniles were injured following a two-vehicle crash in La Habra on Wednesday afternoon, authorities said.
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the crash happened shortly before 1:40 p.m. near the intersection of La Habra Boulevard and Palm Street.
Authorities said two vehicles collided and the impact caused one of the vehicles to strike several pedestrians, including students from Sonora High School. The pedestrians were waiting to cross the street.
La Habra Police said seven juveniles and one adult driver sustained minor injuries in the incident.
Paramedics all patients to local hospitals.
Authorities say the incident is being investigated by the La Habra Police Department's Traffic Division.
