A suspected DUI motorist reportedly collided with a vehicle occupied by Lopez and her boyfriend Brian Salinas
Peoria, AZ.– The woman who died days after a crash that happened on May 11 in Peoria has been identified as Abrielle Lopez.
According to the Peoria Police Department, the wreck occurred in the area of 107th and Northern avenues.
A suspected DUI motorist reportedly collided with a vehicle occupied by Lopez and her boyfriend Brian Salinas.
Lopez was rushed to a hospital and was put into coma.
Authorities reported that Lopez was taken off life support two weeks after the accident.
Salinas was also transported with a broken knee, broken ankle, broken ribs, broken femur, and punctured lung, among other injuries.
The other driver was arrested on suspected of DUI.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
