Alamo, California (November 24, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a multi-vehicle collision that occurred Tuesday morning in Alamo, resulting in minor injuries.

CHP officers received reports about the pileup at around 10:48 a.m. on southbound , just south of Livorna Road off-ramp.

Five vehicles, including a black Nissan Maxima and an Audi, were involved in the pileup. One of the cars overturned onto its roof in the crash.

Emergency crews responded to the scene to help an unknown number of parties who sustained minor injuries.

The accident also left multiple traffic lanes closed until at 11:34 a.m., when they were reopened.
