El Mirage, CA.- Alicia Arceo Carrillo, 64, of Adelanto, was hit and killed by a vehicle in El Mirage on Saturday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck happened at about 6:53 p.m. March 17, on Oasis Road south of Bella Vista Road.
According to CHP, Carrillo was walking eastbound in the desert when she was hit by a westbound 2009 Ford F-150.
Emergency crews responded to the scene a performed life-saving measures on Carrillo but she succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
The CHP is investigating the accident.
