Amanda Peters Killed in Napa Car Accident on Highway 29 near Imola Avenue

Napa, California (July 27, 2022) – Amanda Peters, 21, of Boyles Hot Springs, has been identified as the woman who was killed in a wrong-way car crash on Saturday night in Napa.
The deadly crash happened on Highway 29 near Imola Avenue (Highway 121) at around 10:10 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
A 1988 Cadillac in which Peters was a passenger was traveling the wrong way on the northbound lanes of Highway 29 when it collided head-on with an oncoming Toyota and then a Tesla.

Peters was taken to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center where she died on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Napa County Coroner's Office.
20-year-old Susan Burnham Jevarian, of San Francisco, was driving the Cadillac and was ejected from the vehicle. She was transported to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries before being booked at the Napa County jail on a felony count of causing injury by DUI.
More details about the accident were not provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
