Moses Lake, WA – The Washington State Patrol has identified a driver injured in a multi-vehicle collision in Moses Lake Monday night as Ana Sochirca, 39, Moses Lake.
The car crash was reported at around 9 p.m. on May 5 on State Route 17.
Jose Vasquez, 36, of Ephrata, was driving along SR 17 and stopped for a disabled vehicle that was still partially in the roadway.
A second vehicle, operated by Jorge Solis, 58, of Othello, and following the first vehicle, also slowed to a stop for vehicle one.
A third car, driven by Ana Sochirca, 39, of Moses Lake, failed to stop on time and crashed into Solis's car. The impact caused Solis's vehicle to hit the first vehicle.
Sochirca sustained minor injuries in the crash but was not hospitalized
The second and third vehicles were towed away from the scene
An investigation is underway.
