Driver Booked for DUI after Anaheim Car Crash on State Route 91 near Imperial Highway
Anaheim, California (October 23, 2021) – A driver was booked for DUI after a traffic collision that occurred Friday evening in Anaheim, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident happened at around 8:21 p.m. on westbound Highway 91 near Imperial Highway.
Firefighters responded to the scene after reports of the crash and found a gray Ford F-150 and another unknown vehicle involved in the accident.
Authorities said the collision resulted in minor injuries but did not mention the exact number of patients.
Authorities conducted an initial investigation and determined that one of the drivers was under the influence of alcohol. That driver was booked for DUI.
Firefighters blocked the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes following the accident.
CHP is investigating to establish the cause of the crash.
