The Bakersfield Police Department responded to the incident at around 3:30 a.m. December 7 in the 400 block of Central Avenue.
Bakersfield, CA – The man who died in a fatal car crash on Central Avenue in Wasco last week Saturday morning has been identified as 39-year-old Andres Celaya Jr. of Delano, according to the Kern County Coroner's Office.
The Bakersfield Police Department responded to the incident at around 3:30 a.m. December 7 in the 400 block of Central Avenue.
Celaya was driving on the street when he collided with another vehicle.
Celaya was pronounced dead at the scene by the Wasco Police Department.
There is no word on whether any other injuries were sustained in the crash or how many people were inside both cars.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
