Andres Morales Arrested after Deadly Oxnard Bicycle Crash on Oxnard Wooley Road
Oxnard, California (February 18, 2022) – Andres Morales, 27, of oxnard was arrested after a crash that led to the death of a bicyclist in Oxnard on Monday night, according to a report by the authorities.
The incident took place on Oxnard Wooley Road at around 10:18 p.m. February 17.
Authorities said Morales was driving a 2018 Honda Civic at a high rate of speed when he collided with a blue BMX-style bike driven on the south shoulder by George R. Miranda Jr., 47, of Oxnard.

Miranda was pronounced deceased at the scene of the collision.
Morales was arrested and booked into the county jail on charges of DUI.
The Oxnard Police Department is investigating the incident.
