, Calif. – The who was hit and killed by a vehicle in Rohnert Park on Sunday morning has been identified as Andrew Kenneth Lujan, 61, of Rohnert Park, according to the Sonoma County Coroner Unit.

The crash took place on the Rohnert Park Expressway near the -Marin Area Rail Transit station at around 7 a.m. January 14.

Authorities said Lujan was walking his dog across the eastbound lanes of the expressway when they were both hit by a Lexus sedan.

Lujan was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The driver of the Lexus stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.

The investigation is ongoing.
