Antonio Coronado Killed in Semi-Truck Accident on 215 Freeway near University Avenue in Riverside
Riverside, California (February 12, 2022) – 58-year-old Antonio Coronado, of Pico Rivera, was killed in a collision involving a semi-truck on Friday night in Riverside.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly collision happened on Interstate 215 Freeway near University Avenue at around 11:29 p.m.
A semi-truck and a sedan were involved in the collision. Although the circumstances leading up to the accident were yet to be established, the impact reportedly caused the sedan to overturn.
CHP said Antonio was killed in the accident.
More details about the accident were not provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
