Three Injured in Anza Car Crash on Highway 371 and Congress Road
Anza, California (March 28, 2022) – Three people were injured in a two-vehicle accident near Highway 371 and Congress Road in Anza on Monday evening.
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the vehicles collided in the area just before 5:50 p.m.
One person was trapped in the wreckage and was extricated by the responding emergency crews.
The person was airlifted to a hospital for treatment of major injuries.
A second patient had moderate injuries while the third suffered minor injuries.
The crash led to the closure of a section of Highway 371 as authorities investigated the incident.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
